The study looks into SPIN-farming (Small Plot INtensive), a commercial intensive urban farming concept from Canada. By using the SPIN-model, I studied how many green jobs could potentially be generated in Stockholm, if residential lawns and public green areas were utilized. The study promotes SPIN-farming as a method to implement the sustainable development goals (Agenda 2030). SPIN-farming could also be a way for Stockholm to become more self-sufficient.
